• Found: David Bruce's Boots

Have you ever made something you didn't like but everyone else loved—something you wish would just be forgotten? Composer David Bruce wanted to remove a section from one of his most popular pieces, Gumboots but that "movement oubliée" just couldn't be forgotten. Bruce tells the story in his program notes for Forgotten Boots, the fun and memorable result of that forgotten movement. Watch and listen to Ensemble ACJW's world premiere performance of Bruce's Forgotten Boots as our Intermission: Summer Video Series continues.
