Our Commitment to You
Since Carnegie Hall’s historic opening in 1891, it has remained the world’s greatest home for the best in music and the shared joy of live performance. That will never change. We truly value the commitment you make when you purchase a ticket to one of our events, and especially during this challenging time, we promise to be your trusted partner as we navigate the 2020–2021 season together.
While the world continues to fight COVID-19 and all performance venues are called upon to respond to necessary health guidelines, we acknowledge that our concert schedules may need to change. We additionally recognize that your lives are also subject to unexpected changes as the situation evolves. With many unknowns, we are renewing our commitment to all concertgoers and responding by adjusting our ticket policies for the 2020–2021 season.
- We pledge to be flexible and empathetic, accommodating ticket exchanges, credits, and refunds should you be unable to safely attend an event.
- If an event needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, we will let you know as soon as possible, providing you with the choice of a ticket exchange, credit, donation, or refund.
- We remain committed to bringing the best in music to our stages, while keeping our audiences, artists, and staff safe.
Bearing all this in mind, we ask you to join us on a journey of hope as we look to the future. Continue to be a part of the inspiration and beauty music provides. Know that we will continue to deliver on our mission of bringing the transformative power of music to the widest possible audience—no matter what. Carnegie Hall has stood through the ages, and together that legacy will continue.
